sketches sketches sketches! (again)
Yes, reusing my cleverest sketchpost title! Here are more sketches. And even a couple colored things (wow). Just things I happened to doodle recently, assembled here!
Where warnings are concerned, there are some kisses and there is some bleeding--shocking, I know, but nothing too startling. A couple of these you may have seen on my tumblr, but then again, maybe not.
Fan and original stuff within.
First, a few fan things:
From FFVII, it's Tiny Sephiroth with a Guard Hound:

Now, some Fate/Zero things, as the show actually put me in the mood to draw.

I didn’t have a strong reaction to Kotomine Kirei while watching Fate/Stay Night, but I enjoyed his horrible journey of self-actualization in Fate/Zero. So I decided to draw a sketch depicting some of my favorite things about Kirei:
1. Him saying Emiya Kiritsugu’s name meaningfully
2. Other people saying KOTOMINE KIREI dramatically
3. Kiritsugu vs. Kirei
4. His dead-eyed stare
5. His love of Mapo Tofu
6. Gilgamesh
However, Waver & Rider are my favorites, and so I drew them kissing:

Waver in Alexander's robe; a tried and true theme in Waver & Rider art, but I had to do it, too (I think I'm going to color this one):

And it's Lancer (Diarmuid Ua Duibhne), the saddest hero:

Now more Tiger & Bunny stuff--Yuri and Keith, my favorite nonsensical pairing:

And hurrah, it's a commission sketch--this is just a rough sketch for a watercolor, so it didn't scan very well, but it is a commission for samcc of Crow from Professor Layton & the Last Specter (I drew him with a crow for very obvious reasons):

A sketchpage of characters from my novel Goldenhour. It's the protagonist, Branwen, and her long-lost childhood friend, Rhodri:

And finally, from The Wind & the Foxes, it's Thorn:

Here's what I said about Thorn on tumblr because I am too lazy to write up something new:
How to explain Thorn? Well, it is the manifestation of the will of an inanimate object (also pictured) that accidentally gained sentience, and is completely mad. (I hate it when that happens.)
Thorn doesn’t literally appear this way, this is just how it manifests itself in another character’s consciousness to communicate.
